Being a close friend of Selina’s I have been extremely lucky to enjoy many of her treatments. From waxing to therapeutic massages, I have always come away feeling totally pampered and relaxed. With my first pregnancy I was well overdue and was reluctant to be induced, so called on Selina who gave me Reflexology treatment, which was so lovely and relaxing and I actually went in to labour at 5am the following morning! Her ‘New Mum’ treatments are second to none and really help relieve any aching muscles and totally relax you, just what you need with a new born. Selina comes highly recommended by me!

I had reflexology from Selina when I was a very heavy and tired 9 months pregnant lady. The treatment helped me give a boost to my worn out body plus soothe my stress.
